How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since July of 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in On-Site HP LaserJet printer repair services. We supply high quality Compatible Toner Cartridges as well as Authentic (OEM) toner cartridges for all major, and even some minor, brands. We also support upgrades, sales of New or Refurbished (not used/cleaned/dusted) HP Monochrome and Color LaserJet printers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After working for someone else in an identical line of work for a few years, Joe disagreed with some of the practices that were deemed as 'ethical' or 'right' or 'fair'. After parting ways, Joe chose to venture on a different path: insurance. After a month PLUS and no paycheck, Joe got a call from an IT friend, looking for repairs to be done at their place of business. Although obstacles were in the way with the State of WI to get a resellers license, vendor establishment, parts inventory and space, the LORD opened doors that we knew we could not have opened on our own. Instead of 4-5 weeks minimum, we had our reseller permit in a day, parts and inventory in 2 days and my IT friend got his printers diagnosed, cleaned, fixed and delivered the next day. We figured that since the LORD opened the doors, we would always give Him glory and honor, not only in the business, but also through our personal lives.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Right from the start, we NEVER begin with the standard 1-hour minimum fee. On top of that, we ALWAYS include 1/4-hour Billing for our repairs services. We include FREE Laser printer cleanings (upon request), FREE recycling of empty toners, and FREE delivery.
Additionally, we recycle most brands of laser printers, PC, monitors and laptops, all at NO CHARGE.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 1 location; we would consider expansion if connected to the right individual(s).
Provide detailed directions to your location
We have a home office, located in Sussex, WI. 99.5% of our business is conducted in YOUR place of business. We do not have store front or retail store. We have several working business relationships whereas we are the recommended HP Service and Toner company. This increases our exposure.
What type of payments do you accept?
Company check, cash, and Paypal if necessary.
Which areas do you service?
As far North as Campbellsport, as far South as Waterford, as far West as Madison and as far East as we can drive until we hit water.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ultimately, the LORD "owns" this business; He allowed it to start in late June of 2000; we say the business "officially" started July 4, 2000. We are thankful that He has provided a way for us to provide for our family and others connected to us.
Joe Weber runs the daily day-to-day operations, whereas Beth Weber is the owner of Integrity Printer Services.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm; Saturday 8am to 12pm. Any other time, available by request or appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We believe that we should treat our clients the same way that we ourselves would want to be treated: honestly, fairly, asking a fair price for a quality product.
After that, a referral is also a very good compliment.
