How long have you been in business?
ADC has been in business designing new products since 1993. We have grown and evolved to provide full-service concept through manufacturing in one location.
What is your primary product or service?
New product design and product refinement and every point in between (FEA, inspection, prototype development, reverse engineering, scanning/3D digitizing, solid modeling, and more).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The development of 3D solid modeling software was the impetus to launch my business as I saw could see how it would revolutionize the product development cycle.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
ADC has always been steadfast and true to its four core value propositions: innovation, speed, capacity and expertise. Our designs are based on solid engineering principles using the latest software and manufacturing technology. We have provided our customers with thousands of innovative solutions to design challenges.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin - 15 minutes west of downtown Milwaukee in one location. We have expanded our manufacturing and office space recently.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
We are equipped to service clients anywhere: our office or onsite at a customer facility. We have clients sprinkled throughout the US and a few international clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
ADC is a privately-held company, owned and led by Mark Schaefer.
What are your hours of operation?
Core business hours are 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. but to serve our clients needs we often work outside the core business hours.
